Returns can continue to be created and processed, but at the moment they are not queuing to efile. We are actively working with our engineers and Microsoft engineers to resolve the issue. As soon as we have resolution we will notify you so you can continue to process returns. This is a technical issue and not a result of any malicious attack. We recognize the challenges this is causing you and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. We will work with all of our customers to address potential impact from related fees or penalties.
